BEAUTIFUL HARVEST


I am posting a picture of a painting I completed in one night just experimenting with dye on cloth,

    Interesting! You use paint brush to paint on the cloth, without much using wax like the conventional batik method... practice more to get confident and "charm" strokes. Strokes will be more natural and be "you"...

    Thanks David...I think I will experiment more with your encouragement...I jsut finsihed "Morning In Bario" Alleluyah! Another experiment..acrylic on cloth.

    confident strokes is important... achieving balance in imbalance shaping will make things interesting... arranging 2 identical shapes side by side is call typical balancing which will be done by normal people. Artists will arrange it not identical, not side by side, but still achieve balancing... that's one of the factor making things interesting...
